Autograph Request Form

  • I love signing autographs for fans! It’s my way of saying “thanks” for continuing to be a reader.

    Please fill out the form below to request a personally-autographed photo by mail.

    When you submit an autograph request, I’ll also email you a free chapter of my newest book Poor Little Bitch Girl, and you will receive a complimentary subscription to the Jackie Collins Fan Club. Just make sure to confirm your email address.

    Allow 4-6 weeks for US delivery and 6-8 for international delivery.

    Please, one autograph per person.

  • Who should the autograph be made to?

  • Address Accuracy

    Make sure you get your autograph! If the address is not entered correctly, your photo may be returned as undeliverable. You would then have to place a new request. Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and double-checking for typos and other errors. Remember these tips:

    1. Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your mailing address. Do not enter "N/A," "Not applicable," "None," "Same," etc.
    2. Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the "Address Line" field; use the provided city and state fields instead.
    3. Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our system cannot process Chinese characters, Cyrillic letters, etc., and entering these into any of the address fields will cancel your request.
