  2. Poor Littlet Bitch Girl was available in the land of Oz in Sept 09. I could not put it down – what a fantastic read. Characters fantastic. Took it to the office after finishing it and it has done the rounds – even converted some to Jackie Collins’ books. Well done Jackie. When is the next one??

  3. Hi Jackie,

Firstly I would like to say that I LOVE your work; you are a true insperation. I have read so many books lately that I think I might be going slightly insane lol. Was Poor Little Rich Girl already released in hard back in the UK?

    God bless

  4. Dearest Jackie,

Loved Poor Little Bitch Girl. The Powerful Women are Hot. I wish this was on the DVD, it will be Awesome. You can choose Halle Berry as Denver Jones. I love Halle a lot. I hope to meet you someday. You rock Jackie.

  5. Ms. Collins you have such a grand flare for dialogue and it delights me to experience the tension and drama you create with your words. Thank you for all the glorious moments I have enjoyed living vicariously through your characters. You make reading fun!

  6. I realize that ‘Poor Little Bitch Girl’ has not yet been released here in the U.S. but lucky for me, I was able to get my hands on one of the more recently published issues in the U.K.

Such an avid fan am I that my sister surprised me with a copy of the novel on Christmas day. Needless to say I delved right into it and was hardly able to put it down until I was finished.

And what a book it was! I absolutely loved how Bobby Santangelo played such a large and imperative role in the story line and I enjoyed seeing him as an adult. Even more, I thought it such a treat to get glimpses of Lucky in there as well. But more than anything, the storyline itself what plenty enthralling, just as Jackie Collins is known for.

I also quite loved how all of the characters intertwined and how their traits were very strong and unwavering. In short, ‘Poor Little Bitch Girl’ absolutely proved to be another great work of Jackie Collins and the only thing unfortunate about it is that I finished it so quickly!

  8. Poor Little Bitch Girl, one word. Excellent. Jackie you’ve done it again with Denver and Bobby. Two characters I love. You make us me WISH to be Bobby in all aspects with Denver, and I am sure women feel the same way about Denver. Another masterpiece just like Married Lovers. Jackie just can’t write a bad book. There’s no such thing. If you’re just starting to read a Jackie Collins novel, start with Poor Little Bitch Girl. You will NOT be disappointed. Sometimes I wish Jackie would put me in one of her novels.

  9. Jackie Collins latest hardcover sensation, “Poor Little Bitch Girl, is a HOT read. The plot revolves around a “damsel-in-distress”, (Caroline), to an intriging murder mystery (Annabelle). The dialogue is at times racy, but interpursed with humor. The budding romance between Bobby and Denver can be further explored in the forthcoming “Goddess of Vengance”. I recommend this book to hardcore Jackie Collins fans. If you’re a critic of her work, you WON’T be after reading “Pooe Little Bitch Girl”.

The fabulous Jackie Collins does it again! Poor Little Bitch Girl is a book full of excitement, mystery, sizzling sex, hot rich men, beautiful powerful women and a brutal murder. After reading the first sentence, you will not be able to put Poor Little Bitch Girl down. Secrets from the past always have a way to come back and haunt. Poor Little Bitch Girl is a sexy exciting page turner novel. Add some sizzle to your life and get a copy today!

I can’t wait to see what happens with Denver and Bobby. I am also curious what direction Max the wild child is going to take. So much to look forward to.

  18. i finished the book lastnight..and i LOVED IT….WOW..please tell me there will be more on bobby and denver…

  19. I bought this book and finished it in two days. I then bought “Married Lovers” and finished it about 5 minutes ago. I loved both!!

“Poor Little Bitch Girl” was the beginning of a return to reading all of Jackie Collins books. I had previously read “Hollywood Wives” and the earlier ones. I am so glad I bought the latest because I am again hooked. I love reading all about what takes place in Hollywood especially since I live in Los Angeles and know all the places you mention.

    Keep up the good work…

    1. Is there a book before “Poor Little Bitch Girl” I want to read how Bobby, MJ, Denver, Caroline, and Annabelle grew up. As children and teenage years I see references are made they kinda hung out a little and went to school together. Which book would that be? I LOVE what I have red so far.

    2. I LOVED this book! I am never disappointed when it comes to one of Jackie’s reads. I havent read Hollywood Wives, but I will make sure to pick it up. I love Bobby and Denver, and knowing the Santangelo’s background made this book that much better.

Married Lovers was also a VERY good read. I couldnt put either book down!

  20. Jackie did it again with her latest book “Poor Little Bitch Girl” it was fantastic can’t wait for her next one!!!

  21. i am hooked. each book gets better and better. “Poor Little Bitch Girl” is great. i couldnt put it down.

  26. I love Poor Little Bitch Girl, only felt it was not long enough. I love Lucky and her entire family and
realize you are going to write a sequel, right? I have been a faithful
reader for years, and you are the BEST therapy money can buy.

    Love You Much,
    Keep writing PLEASE!!!!

  27. I just finished this book and i must say this is by far the best she’s done. I couldn’t put it down. Can’t wait for the next book.

  28. LOVE THE BOOK!!! I am kind of new to jackie books. Only been reading them a lil a less then a year but I’ve read so many so far and i am so addicted! Been waiting to get my hands on poor little bitch girl since it came out. and now that i got it i cant put it down. cant wait to read more!

  29. Jackie’s books are the only ones I read! The way she writes the chapters is the best! It makes you glued to the book so you can hurry through to the next chapter and so on! Lots of sex, drugs, drama, rock n roll etc. The other thing I like about them is wondering whose real life she is sneaking a little from 🙂 you know she gets all the dirt and just gives it her special twist to not name names!

  30. It was attention grabbing as all of Jackie’s books are. Absolutely can’t wait until I can read the rest. Im sure I will love it, just as I have the rest. Keep up the great work.

  31. Absolutely loved this novel. I have never read one of Jackie Collins books before this one and i read the whole book within 24 hours of buying it. I couldn’t put it down. After finishing the book i decided to go out and start the series. I’m almost done Chances, the book that started the Lucky Santangelo Saga. I really cant get enough and i wont stop reading until i finish them all. Amazing work, can’t wait for the new one.

  32. This book was read in three one hour lunches at work. It was so hard to put down and I was disappointed it had to end. I love Bobby and Dever and always have. I can’t wait to see in the next book how they develop. This will be making the rounds here at the office!

  39. Good things come to those who wait. The authors that are churning out four and five novels a year have lost their edge and originality. As a librarian, I’ve seen their popularity go down. We wouldn’t want that to happen to Jackie. Jackie, you’re the best.

  40. I am quite new to JC books- but i have to admit they are fantastic. These novels show to me how times have changed over 4 decades, like now they use their cell phones lol. I have only read 8 so far so i want to catch up and read the other 19! Can someone give me advise- should i start way back in 1968 with The World Is Full Of Married Men then work it up to new 2010 release?

  41. Miss Jackie Collins, what a fabulous author you are!

  66. Hi Jackie! I gotta admit, this is the first of your books I’ve ever read. I typically read true-crime because other books just dont keep my interest, but I saw the title of this book and read the back and thought it sounded interesting. I LOVE IT! I’m hooked! I couldn’t put it down and read it in 2 days. Excited to see another one coming out and I hope there will continue to be more after that. I love these characters and hope to see them in the future. 70. Im a massive Jackie fan & read all the books. I was so excited about reading poor little bitch girl & it did not dissapoint! I could not put this book down. Just like all the others it kept me interested till the end. Keep them coming!!!

  71. Hi Jackie,
The first book i read of yours was Poor Little Bitch girl, they say you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, but the title and cover page grabbed my attention when i walked past, and usually before buying any book i will read the back of the book but in this case i picked it up paid and took it away.
I was addicted to this book i couldnt put it down, i loved the characters, the power struggles. I see the whole book play before my eyes while im reading it.
For the first time in a while i have read a book that i have 100% concentration on. I took it away with me on holiday and didnt put it down.
Jackie Collins i love your books and i picked Goddess of Vegenance from the airport before i went to India an i was amazed i couldnt put it down! I cant wait for the next installment!
Thanks for the words, the story and the creative mind you behold and sharing it with us all

  72. Very good novel. Love everything you write . Cannnot wait for the latest book. Would love to meet you one day. You r an inspiration.

  73. Wow!! Read ‘Lucky” years ago, and due to ill-health, have returned to one of my favourite past times, especially favourite authors. Going back to the Santangelo family, was like reading about old freinds. Jackie knows how to weave these characters into an amazing and interesting experience. Keep up the good work, and keep typing!!

  74. Have just finished your “poor little bitch girl”book and as with all your books , I find it really hard to put any one I read down . I have 14 and am just re-reading Chances again with Gino, Lucky and all the charactrs in it . Am looking for my next new book to add to my collection . Graham .k.

  75. LOVED it!! Could not put this book down till it was finished cover to cover! I also found the Santangelo Story, the bonus book on Bobby, and let me say that i wish it went on longer! I want it to be an actual book and i have searched and searched for it.:( i want more bobby!!

  76. I loved this book! Denver was just a doll and I loved the fact you wrote her in first-person. It gives so much more insight to the character. I liked that Bobby was a more mellow Santangelo but I’m sure you’ll break him of that in a future novel, eh Jackie? I fell in love with Fanny, like the other characters that meet her, within a second of dialogue. Carolyn was another favorite.

You simply know what to write to keep your fanbase growing. Way to go! “Poor Little Bitch Girl” had me hooked from cover to cover. x

  77. I just finished reading this book. Let me say it was amazing. Its very hard to get me to stay interested in a book being that after high school who wants to read. But this book did it ! Once I started, I couldn’t put it down. Marked as one of my favs !! =)

  78. In the past month I have read Poor Little Bitch Girl and Goddess of Vengeance…. Only books I can read and hold my interest in Ms Collins XOXO

  79. Please tell me where I can find your books more especially this one Poor Little Bitch Girl
I am citizen of South Africa staying in town called Pretoria

  80. As I was walking through Books-A-Million, this book grabbed my attention the minute I seen it. I couldn’t read it right away for I was reading another book and had to finish it. As soon as I started reading this book, I couldn’t put it down. I would tell myself, “I’ll read 5-7 chapters today and put it down to get my stuff done.” but then I’d pick it back up and read more. It was so scandalous, sexy and always surprised me. You have done a wonderful job and I plan on reading more books of yours to fulfill my joy of reading books. My mother even said herself that you write very good, well written books. I had fallen in love with Bobby and Sam. They are fantastic characters and sound very charismatic and sexy. I knew something was different about Mario, nothing terribly bad, but like he didn’t make his female mates feel special. I hoped throughout the rest of the book that Bobby and Denver would start a relationship. Annabelle was very dramatic. She surprised all of us, I think, well her wanting to stay In Los Angeles and everything. Frankie was just another druggie to me. He sounded very unattractive and was a jerk sometimes, but liked to kiss ass. You have done a wonderful job writing and publishing Poor Little Bitch Girl. Thank you!
